Vivo Pad 2 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo Pad 2 runs Android Android 13 and is powered by a 10,000mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Pad 2 on the rear packs a 13-megapixel primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Vivo Pad 2 runs OriginOS 3 is based on Android Android 13 and packs 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo Pad 2 measures 266.03 x 191.60 x 6.59mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 585.00 grams. It was launched in Clear sea Blue, Far away mountain ash/Grey, and Nebula Purple colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Pad 2 include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, and NFC. Sensors on the tablet include compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, temperature sensor, and ambient light sensor.
