Vivo Y21s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Vivo Y21s runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Vivo Y21s supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y21s on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. It was launched in Midnight Blue and Pearl White colours.
