Great deal, well suited for my 8 by 12 bedroom. Instant cooling feature is very good. The best part is it doesn?t make noise at all but a little when running on turbo mode.

Good equipment, no noise at all.Installed in time. But the mechanic thou expert, did not help cleaning. Core cutting created lot of dust, but he refused to clean the mess. shame..

Dispatch date given by seller at the time of placing order is 10 to 15 days form order date but its not true i recd product very next day in good condition Installation also done on next working day It has all latest features and working nicely Happy with product, pricing and service as well

Pros:Product deliverd on time.Installation done on the same day.Mr Satendra manager of Voltas Allahabad has reacted very politely and arranged the installation on the same day.Performance is well.. cooling is good enough for my 10*12 room.Amazon customer care is working fine. They always solved my query whenever i called them.Cons:The courier service provider SPOTON displayed on their tracking portal that item has been delivered but actually it was not. This created confusion.

issue wasn't from amazon or the seller but from Voltas service center, ineligible staff unable to understand that I was given free installation, still asked for charges of 1500 INR. I had to involve seller's head n Voltas head in order to clear the situation. Also the engineer sent to me wasn't professional. He damaged my wall in such a way that I incurred a cost to fix it, almost 2500 INR. He didn't even put the wire properly. Dissatisfied with Voltas. Only 1 star for Voltas service center. Otherwise AC working smooth, a bit noisy not to take into consideration overall good.

I don?t know how this product is, because it?s not yet installed. I received a call from an unknown number the day it was supposed to be delivered to my address. The guy at the other side was from Voltas and asked if we received it, he wanted to installed it. I said it?s not yet delivered, but it will be by today, as it is showing in order tracking. He asked to call him as we receive the product. I called him as soon as it?s delivered to us. He said he will call back to set the appointment for the installation. Then I never got a call back, I was not sure if we were talking to the right person, hence I decided to call the number provided for installation at amazon. There were 2 numbers of Voltas for installation support. Both were not correct. As I called on those numbers I heard a recorded message saying the number has been changed and a new number has been provided, at the same time I received a text with the regret message with the new number in it. This is where the real pain started, I try to call the new number it connects and a s silence nothing happens no body there on the other side actually it connects to some buggy automated systems that doesn?t work. I keep trying with the same results. Then I called Amazon support and told the story they said they will escalate and get it fixed. Now I waited till next day nothing moved. Now I tried again to Voltas number, the old one and the new one. Finally new number woke up and I heard a message please press 1 for English and so on.. I pressed 1 then it said it did not receive any input then I pressed every key of my keypad till it get connected to someone. Now she said hello and I started narrating my story, so she said she is not able to hear anything but eventually she was able to understand what I am saying. And she kept on saying that she is not able to hear me. I was so ***sed off I tried to speak on my top of voice, but nothing she is still not able hear it, though there was a storm in Orissa due to my scream. I disconnected the call and tried again. This time it connected to another lady and she was able to take my request. I decided not to have anything from Voltas in future because peace of mind is more important. I want to tell what happens next, but I will not be able to because whenever when I try to give further update on any of my reviews Amazon doesn?t let it post. Amazon keeps it with them to verify then nothing they don?t post it and even don?t let us know why they didn?t post it.
