I hv ordered this ac on 7th may nd got delivered within 24hr.delivery was excellent.B4 even delivery flipkart arranged local 3rd party fr installation support.there is a precautionary notice on voltassite any ecommerce site likr flipkart is not authorise voltas dealer.I called voltas customer care but they told they will provide installion nd warranty support after checked nd installed by their sevice engineer.They r not responsible for any faulty product or parts missing used one if any fr that so they put that notice.They told me not to worry just buy it.then i requested flipkart to contact voltas engineer for installation but flipkart executive told me to contact them myself.But they were unaware of this clause.It ws quiet shocking to me.Then i called voltas helpline nd they installed my ac within 12hr by their service engineer and its working fine.Excellent installation support frm voltas.So guys who r going to buy Voltas ac better to installed by their authorised service engineer...Flipkart Should be more carefull nd informative!!!100 marks for delivery nd pricing to flipkart.Price is nearly 2.5 k to 3k less comared to local retails
