Initially was skeptical while buying AC online, but glad I did. Product was delivered in the right condition, and installation by Voltas was without any hassle. Has been more than a month and really satisfied with the performance of the AC, quickly cools my living room.

Using it for last one year.No problem at all.Cools a room very effectively and quickly.Noise level is also low.Electric consumption is also at par with my other 1.5 ton inverter ac.Electric consumption is 0.70 to 0.50 unit or below per hour on average provided it is running more than 6 hours or more at a stretch(at 24 or more temperature). If it is used for only half an hour it will take full load and consume the highest rated wattage as mentioned in ac in order to bring down the temperature(1.5 unit per hour) ,after attaining the set temparature the consumption will decrease to one fourth of the rated wattage.Morover being a 2 ton ac it cools down a room very quickly so automatically the electricity consumption is reduced after initial high consumption even it is used for shorter period of time.The design looks good.White hidden LED display works as a night lamp at night(option to switch off the light is also there). The plastic and material quality is also very good and it also gives 100 percent copper condenser both indoor and outdoor unit.Unlike alloy condenser the outdoor unit can be washed with normal water spray.Eco friendly R410 refrigerant.Cooling is much better than my new LG Dual Invereter ACRemote quality is not good.

Recieved changed( lowered price) ac model with defective remote.Waisted 20 days in returning the ac .Invoice recieved from seller and Amazon also different.My view : always check what u ordered and what u got.

Cooling is perfect, cools my 270sq ft room easily within a few minutes.Installation guy called same day after delivery, also cooperated and came 3 days later when I wanted the installation, cost of additional stand and service costed less than 2.5k.You should get installation done by Voltas otherwise you will have warranty problems in the future.I have been using voltas ac for a while, this was expensive than LG and Godrej but still I went for Voltas as my past experience with their quality is good.The unit is big, not suitable for small rooms, was bit more expensive than other brands and if you are looking for better energy efficiency I think other brands are better.The COOLING is perfect, which is the one thing that matters the most, so highly recommend.UPDATE: Worked for 1.5 months only, Since 15 days I am continously following them, the outer unit has some error, they were not able to understand, so 4 times they came and now after 10 days they are still in the process to arrange a new unit, which is now doubtful that they will ever change, now there is no response or simply the response "We are looking to get new outer unit".This is a low selling model, I think I made a mistake buying this, bought 3 other Voltas AC after this, one of them also missed some parts, anyway Amazon couldn't help in missing or damaged items after installation, the company is responsible, they wouldn't do it, so I had to arrange them myself.The AC is okay, but low quality substandard, made using cheap quality spares.
