• Amazing Phone

  This phone is amazing , True it's missing alot of things but for the money it's a no brainer. Screen is amazing for an lcd. My mi mix 2 was lcd and it was also a great phone. Games play well the refresh rate is kick butt. I come from a 9T Pro and must say this is such a good phone. Cameras are not great but much better than many others in the segment. Face it Xiaomi cant please everyone and provide the best of everything for under 500 USD. I recommend this phone 1000%.Xiaomi Thank you for putting good phoneswith reach of us who can't or don't like to spend more than 500USD on a phone no matter the reason .

• Fails to provide some basic services properly

  I have been using the Mi 10T 5G for last 4 months. I have no complaint regarding the performance and the camera is just outstanding as it comes with the SD865 and Somy IMX 64 mp sensor. The display quality and The problem comes with the UI. Due to some reason this phone comes with certain stock android apps (Google dialer and phonebook, Google messenger etc.). If an user is buying a smart phone with a flagship processor, the person would most likely play some high-end games. This phone comes with a game booster for that. I do not have any complaint with the game booster, however, when a call comes in, the game booster fails to provide the floating calling window which I used to get in my previous phone (Redmi y2) which I had bought for 9k only. It is really annoying when buy a flagship device and it fails to provide you some basic comforts. The device fails to provide a seamless experience of taking calls while playing games. It also gets confused with notifications and when multiple notifications come in (from a single or from multiple apps) it shows one contact's texts under a different contact's name which is also irritating at times. I didn't use to face any of these issues on my previous device which costed me only 9k and I am facing these issues with a device that worths Rs. 33k which is just not acceptable. It also fails to turn off the screen when you put the phone on your ear while talking to someone over phone. I know it is not the issue with the proximity sensor. It happens as the Miui and Google apps fail to co-ordinate with each other. Finally, what has disappointed me the most, the brand has abandoned me after buying this device. I used to use Redmi Y2 before buying this one, on that device I used to get regular Miui and security patch updates. On this device, I still haven't received the latest Miui update and it is still running on Miui 12.1.2 whereas most of the other devices have received the updat Miui vers 12.5. I am certainly disappointed with the treatment I have received from the company. This is the 3rd Xiaomi device I am using and I have recommended my family and friends to go for Mi devices. However, I am now thinking of switching to a different brand. To conclude, I got a good exchange offer while buying this phone and I got it for around 25k. I can only recommend this device if you get to buy in at a price range of 22-24k and nothing more than that. The experience you're gonna get doesn't worth anything more. What I have realised after using this device, MIUI is The Biggest Enemy of the MI Phones in India.

    I'm using Mi 10T with miui 12.5. the game booster works perfectly fine for me.

  Nothing new in this device other than 5G. Display is LCD, Thick and bulky, No iris scanner or in display fingerprint reader! I prefer a Used iPhone 12 or Galaxy S10 than this device!
