Outstanding

This is the best choice in a laptop for someone who doesn't want to deal with complicated programs, excellent quality product and price. No complaint at all.

Time will tell how it'll hold-up. I'm not a gamer. It's Good for watching videos, checking news, shopping and email. I'm trying to get in the habit of storing on a cloud. At $169 new It's a fraction of the price of an apple. The battery is built in, so that will probably limit its lifespan, but I'll take that risk. It's a perfect screen size, slim and light as a feather.

Very nice, we got it for our daughter and it's great.

Great little computer. Used for kids homework and college. Does what we need it to do. Good battery length, good sound and screen.

Great laptop. Works perfect for netflix, YouTube and Google docs.

Purchased for the wife and she is not computer literate. This is so much easier than using a Windows-based system; and Chrome updates take seconds, not hours like Windows updates. Best of all, she doesn't get frustrated and need me to "fix" her computer when it locks up because the Chrome browsing and operating system simply works. Start up time is also very, very quick (a couple of seconds).

Easy fix, took about 10 minutes to install.

Everything is great. The speakers are amazing!

Works perfect for just browsing the internet, watching videos/movies, and the battery literally last forever. Only drawback is the speaker isn't that loud. But connecting it via hdmi to a tv is great.

I like the chromebook...I hope this one lasts longer than the other one I had. It lasted 2 years,and then it wouldn't turn on ever again.So I got this new one..exactly the same as my previous one. It is really convenient and user friendly. I am not awesome on computers,but this is easy to figure out.

I bought this as a test to see if my mother and mother-in-law could figure it out. They tend to be intimidated by regular laptops. After showing this to them they both purchased on. No more calls to me about having trouble with their Windows laptops. Also, I find that I actually use this more than my regular computers. Since they are so cheap I treat this as a disposable laptop. If something goes wrong, lost, damages, etc. I will just buy another.

I actually returned this product as it didn't work for me. I have given so many stars as the return process was so smooth and everyone was very kind. Thank you for that experience. I need windows, back lighting on keyboard and a cd drive. My mistake. I didn't understand what I was buying. It was super cute though and light weight and can't beat the price.

I bought this for my 20 year old and it's a bit faster than my son's Chromebook. No complaints thus far.

Well, you requested this when I only received it yesterday haha. But it does as promised. It's cute, not super-fancy or high-tech, but does the job of allowing me to browse and perform light duties that I would rather not have to sit at the desk top for.

I thought after 3 1/2 years I might as well write a review of this, my favorite laptop ever. I am shopping for a new one now (OS updates will expire soon) and nothing measures up. This thing has taken a beating over the time I've had it, I've dropped it a few times, it's probably full of dog hair and coffee drips but it just keeps on chugging. I have been able to do everything I needed on it through 2 college degrees and hundreds of Netflix binges. It's great. And it's red. I can't find anything else this cool or this tough and I'm bummed about that. I wish they would come out with an updated version of this one. I will say it does have the battery issue where I can't use it unplugged since about 6 months ago (seen this in other reviews) but even with that I got 3 years of flawless performance out of it. And I don't really walk around with it anyway. If the updates would continue I'd keep it.So there you go. A darn good value it was. If you didn't buy it 4 years ago you might want to kick yourself.

Its a Chromebook. It does 95% of the things you need done at about 5% the price of a MacBook. Battery goes forever, unit is responsive. And its made by Asus who seem to make good products consistently.This is the 2nd of this model I bought for my daughter. Last one lasted 3 years until my daughter stood on it and broke it. So they are sturdy too ;)

Perfect for me and love the orange/red color

I bought this Asus Chromebook 13.3? laptop for a friend. She loves the bright red color, the larger 13.3? Chromebook screen and how much better and faster it is compared to her last Chromebook computer.

HDD died after a month, new one works fine so I'm still not sure what to think about long term. For kids though who just ned laptop to play online games or watch youtube for kids, this is perfect

It has great battery life and it's very lightweight. However, it does not have a caps lock key and it does not have a right-click button or mine must be broken.

I like it but only one thing I do not like is that you cannot adjust it enough to get the brightness out of the display screen.
