  Flipkart Delivery was AWESOME..Bang on Time. Moreover I really wanted to tip the guys cuz my flat is on the second floor and they had to carry it all the way up there.. No Lift.. But the delivery guys refused... 5 Stars.. BlueStar Ac is good.. my room's like 120 sq ft. The Cooling is quite fast.. but it makes a lot of noise. Still tinkering with the modes to get the best combination.. 4.5 stars

  Perfect Timing for delivery. Good product. Cons: But Blue star Installation only takes 4 to 5 working days. Customer care guys don't know about anything and not able to track, when they come to install.

• Not so satisfied with this AC

  Hi, I purchased the bluestar 1 ton ac for my bedroom sized 10 by11ft. Pros -Next day delivery by flipkart, very happy with it -Looks nice and compact -Installation done properly Cons -Cooling not as much as expected. It works like an air cooler. Does not cool the room with entirety Installation guy checked again and said that AC is functionality properly. -Heavy fan sound during full fan speed operation -No display of current room temperature -No radium buttons in AC remote, impossible to operate in the dark -Not happy with the cooling as said before even though Blue star brand boasts best in class cooling

• Worst Installation Service

  Folks, In case you are thinking of buying an A/C from Blur star think twice. No doubt the product is good but you will experience the worst installation service from them. It's been more than a week and half of the installation is still pending. I tried reaching out to the executive who was assigned to but he does things at his convenience does not respond and does a half job saying he has 100 more customers to attend.I didn't expect this kind of service from Blue Star. Please think twice before going with Blue Star and if you want to waste your time and money on this. Good Luck!
