Very good product. Fridge is very spacious compare to other brands with same capacity. Cooling is good, with low noise. Only had issue with Installation and demo , which got delayed.

Same Refrigerator when I have checked with reputed showrooms cost was between Rs 35 K to Rs 40 K This is really good deal, I used internet sites like compareraja to evaluate from where I can get good deal on Bosch Overall service from Bosch is really good No reason for worry Flipcart service for assured products is simply amazing !!!

Excellent fridge ...

Got this product bck and got it installed next day. Its a premium fridge. Trust me cooling is amazing. Bosch is upto the mark, better than other Products available in India like LG Samsungetc. Size is also huge when compared to similar double door fridges. Got this at much liwer price than usual. Totally satisfied.

Was promptly delivered. Had a small dent on the side. Did not want to return for such thing though. Power cable length is too short for us and had to use a stabilizer to get it plugged. No problem with the product so far. Need to see in long run.

Product was delivered by next day itself..thanks to flipkart but installation not yet happend till now...from bosch service has to improve..as a customer point of view I am requesting to flipkart please advise to bosch service people to improve their service..or else I would have rated it 5...

Just received on time today, not start use it, but know the quality of Bosch. Waiting for installation person to explain the product details. Still not received any demo people. No tracking from flipkart. Product is good, but service from bosch and follow up by flipkart is such a worst than anything. Demo and installation not done. I started myself. After so many phone call and schedule to do this installation, they never stand on their words by bosch. Don't go for online purchase of such high investment products, better to go to shop and buy, they will do immediately. If we see the cost wise, we are paying that by spending time and waiting to fight with these people for service.

Irresponsible & careless attitude from Flipkart. worst ever customer care support ever faced. Even management is careless n it's clearly no care attitude. been more than 10 days product is delivered but installation is pending. No follow-up from from Flipkart with the brand when called at customer care it's said they have updated and followed up with brand ... that's a lie .. as not able to show the trail mail on followup. Managers are not available to talk as they are not in office n weekend is luxury Don't believe in sending mails as that's policy violation as per Flipkart n much more....

don't buy any appliance from bosch. this refrigerator stop working just after 6 months. and call i called customer care atleast 10 to 15 time and no one is ready to visit and service the equipment. very poor service from bosch. you will not get any solution from them, you will get only contact number and when you call them person will tell you that this is not my area i will not come and again you will get new number and same response from everyone.. worst service. stuck with bosch. really frustrating.
