We have had the product for about 3 weeks now. We are happy till now.One thing purchaser should keep in mind is the sheer size of refrigerator when it is packed. Make sure you have a clear pathway for the refrigerator to reach your residence. We live on the 11th floor and the lift was too small for the refrigerator. The door to the staircase was just about the size of the package and we just about made it.

Top quality refrigerator at superb price. I got this refrigerator much much less than market price plus a good discount for the fridge in exchange. Bosch is known for great electrical appliances and i am very happy with my purchase.

Love the storage space. And also the design

One star less because of issue with Amazon delivery. The product seems to work nicely. The cooling is as per the setting. It is spacious.The service is very slow in Hyderabad.I got a slightly defective piece. One of the container inside the fridge was cracked. The package was also in bad condition.We bought at 86k and the option we had wad to return it and buy again by then the price was increased to 94k. So we decided to keep it as the fridge was not available anywhere else. Amazon should have credited us with 1000₹ for replacement of the damaged compartment but the did not.

very huge, please check your stairs dimensions or lift dimensions before ordering. It took 6 persons for lifting it to 2nd floor. The refrigerator and freezer are huge, cooling is good. There are various modes for operation.

good going till now. no issues

The family is very happy with the fridge. We have been using side by side doors earlier also. But frankly, the Bosch Sales & Service team is very responsive. A great interactive call centre coordinated and ensured that our fridge delivered on 6th Nov was installed same day although they take 48 hrs normal time as the next day was Diwali. The fridge has excellent independent cooling on fridge & freezer side, with well spaced interiors. Enjoying it. The ice dispenser though is old fashioned and the only dampener resulting in one star less.

The product is good so far, but was delivered with one internal tray missing , which was delenered only after abcouple of months

It was made in China.. Got it on a deal for 89k.. Looks nice.. But need to see how it works..

Using it for over a month now, no doubt about the quality of product tested and tried with all level of challenges.Two stars deducted for logistics and installation issues. Product reached exactly on the date committed but delhivery guys left it in pourch and suggested that the installation team will come and take it inside. The very next day Bosch guy arrived and said there is no installation required for this product and he opened it in the porch only and wanted to plug it in and leave. I asked him to leave without plugging it and he happily left.Next day I called up two guys from nearby transportation company and transferred the fridge to lobby and then used a digital inclinometer to level and fridge. Waited for 24 hours to turn it on. Hope Amazon and Bosch should learn if I would have purchased this product from a local vendor he would have done all these things without asking.So in nutshell if you are planning to buy this fridge then make sure you can do these jobs in your own as no one will do it for you.

Product delivered late and delivered damaged

04/2017 model Bosch 661 ltr which is already -1 year 4 months old delivered today(07.08.2018) to us , had booked the same on 03.08.2018??? Why old manufactured piece delivered to us-9845972144-Praveen , bangalore

Being the premium brand, I was under impression that the services will be top most... But the reality is worst... Its almost 1 month no one visited or called for installation... Still waiting

This is almirah not a refrigrator . See in pics . It provides temperature around 13 degree it should be 4 degree. You can not keep any fruit or vegetable in it .

8 months after purchasing such costly product it stopped cooling and working.Most disgusting/pathetic customer service.Spoke to Naveen,regional manager tried to threaten/dominating person ever spoken to.Bosch as a brand should take this feedback very seriously
