Product is too good for 125 sq area, cooling my room in just 15 mints, Flipkart and Carrier both the company gave best after sale service. bit unhappy with installation team (third party contract) Flipkart gave next day delivery and same with carrier after delivery next day installation was done Please keep it up with same kind of service and product deals for all customers ....Thanks a lot for nice deal, best after sale service and perfect product

Wonderful branded product at an affordable price. It cools the ground floor room of the size 11' x 14' in less than 10 minutes. Another important feature is its minimal power consumption and maximum cooling efficiencey.

bought this ac after a lot of research and comparison.went on to see BEE results about ac of 1tr.actually found out that all carrier ac's score high in BEE ratings.this model stood 2nd in BEE ratings.its a copper condenser with anti rust coationg in odu model but this information is neither in carrier's webiste nor in flipkart.actuall saved around 6 k than shopping in local electronic superstore. FLIPKART: DELIVERY AND OVERALL SERVICE TOO GOOD.DELIVERED ON NEXT DAY AND INSTALLED BY CARRIER ON DAY AFTER DELIVERY. carrier's ac: too good and super silent and sufficient for mylarge bedroom(14*13*12)cools to 24 degc in 10-12 minuites.wonderful product and service. hat's off to flipkart and carrier.hope this ac lasts long and perfom well in furture.good feature of this ac and pricing from flipkart is making my office colleagues jealous . installation: costed about rs 3240 for odu stand,teflon insulation extra,installation charge etc.can u imagine that ordered this on 7th aug morning and installed ,running on 9th aug afternoon that too, shopping online and getting the product from kolkata.this model is comparable to daikin or my sharp inverter ac's. thanks to flipkart for providing this super product online.

Have received the item within 24 hrs of placing order( Am in Kolkata). Installation also in next 24 hrs by pro-active help pf flipkart . Excellent product at this price. Thanks flipkart team.

As committed by Flipkart, the product was delivered on 31st May but I am still awaiting the installation. Everytime I call Flipkart helpline, they shift the SLA to 2 more days. I think Flipkart responsibility should not end till delivering the product and it should go with post sale services as well. They mentioned in the site that installation will be done as per your convenience but they made very inconvenience. I will wait for 2 more days and then return the product. Highly not recommended for Large Appliances which requires installation.

The service of Flipcart is very Bad. A.C delivered 10 days back still not installed. Even after repeated follow ups and commitment the A.C has not been installed. Never purchase any big electronics from Flipkart my experience is not good.

recd the goods in time but no response for installation,dont know what will happoen ,when will it be Installed,totally in dalima,not recd any response from carrier also, customer care only gooody answers,but no action taken.

Very much unhappy with product. Defective product was delivered. Was installed in the month of January, 2016. But started using it from mid March, 2016. Indoor unit is defective. Blower speed is very very less resulting in delay in cooling. Today 05.07.16, as per service person, PCB (printed circuit board) is having fault , needs to replaced. Hence forth it advised not to buy any Electronic as well as Electrical device/appliances thru e-commerce site since all defective sets are being sold by the retailer. And this is a fact. NEVER EVER BUY CARRIER PRODUCTS. CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALES EVERY SIX MONTHS SERVICE AGENCY GET CHANGES. MOST OF THE TOP LEVEL MANAGER LEFT THE ORGANISATION (CARRIER)

Ordered on 5th june, Dispatched on 7th june but still not reached destination ie. Ropar. Today is 16th june.There is no word from GATI courier. Their website shows DEPS means damage, excess, pilfirage, short. No word from Flipkart either. Flipkart had promised delivery by 18th june, where as Gati had written 10th june as assured delivery date. Still waiting for AC. If it takes more than 10days for a product to be delivered for a distance of 350km then GATI should change their name as "DHEEMI GATI". Thinking of cancelling the order.

do not buy any Carrier product. they are as useless as plastic box. flipkart should have a 0 rating option to rate it.
