Career is the best company and the people who installed the ac was very polite and knowledgeable person. Mr. Hari Krishnan and Parthiban were very good with their work polite and courteous they also helped us more information about the product to have best life time use. Thank you !

I have been using it for the past one month!!! No problem, as of now!!

I bought this AC last month. After using 4-5 days AC stop working and there is a error (PO) appears on LED display. I registered a complaint for the same and even after several visit by Carrie technician they were unable to solve the problem and finally they have given me new unit.Again I am facing the same problem with new unit as well. I registered a complaint yesterday and waiting for their response.It is really painful for me chasing customer care so many times. I believe there is a problem with this model, so be careful while buying this model.

One of the worst and waste product I brought in my life which is this carrier 1 ton AC.. Humble request to everyone one please do not buy this kind of product..sad

The remote is not working in spite of changing the cell. The local service personnel are not attending my calls.

The ac itself is value for money but the installation team is the worst. They were not ready to Install ac near window and insured on keeping it in terrace so that they can bill me 6000 rs for copper pipe. They also damangerd the wiring in my other ac intentionally so that I would call him again for service. The installation is also ugly inside the room. Word of advice is call your own technician for installation and avoid career

The AC was not cooling properly and and sound of sparking was coming from the inside unit. When the service person was called, they said that the gas pressure was not adequate. The remote had used batteries and was not working. Lost trust in the brand
