• Hidden charges not mentioned in the amazon web site

  The Stand for the outdoor unit is charged at Rs1000/- per AC. So Carrier company does not provide the stand. Drain pipe, wire and miscellaneous charges comes to about 2800/- appprox. The unit was not given 15 amp connection, because the service personnel did not have knowledge of give a 15 amp connection.

• Worst product received till now is carrier AC

  Worst product, it was not working when initially installed. After that it was not getting switched off from remote. Many people came and checked, finally they agreed that PCB is damaged. Now , its been only 3 months and gas is leaked. Today ie on 21sep, person came and filled the gas. its really frustrating to keep on calling people on some problem or the other
