WazirX has launched WazirX AI, an AI-powered co-pilot for crypto trading that brings market research, portfolio tracking, technical analysis and trade execution into a single conversational interface. The exchange said the tool follows an “Ask-Understand-Decide” model, allowing users to ask questions about live prices, market news and macroeconomic developments, receive researched insights with supporting charts, and act on trading opportunities in real time. Integrated into the WazirX app and website, the assistant also shows users their live portfolio before a trade and uses their risk preferences to recommend an appropriate position size.
WazirX AI can coordinate market-data, technical-analysis, portfolio and order-management tools across multi-step requests. Users can ask for live portfolio briefings covering their WazirX balances, portfolio value, profit and loss, and open positions, or request the same information as a daily morning brief. Users can create alerts using everyday language, such as asking the assistant to notify them if Bitcoin breaks a key support level, after which it monitors the condition and sends an alert when it is met.
“Crypto markets operate 24/7, but traders should not have to spend their day moving between charts, news feeds and trading screens,” said Nischal Shetty, founder, WazirX. “WazirX AI combines market research, portfolio monitoring and trade preparation into one conversation, reducing the time and effort required to evaluate an opportunity and act on it. The AI streamlines the workflow and enables a faster and easier decision-making process.”
As an example of the workflow, WazirX said users can ask the AI to screen INR futures for four-hour momentum, retain opportunities meeting a specified risk-reward threshold, validate them across multiple timeframes and prepare an order with the entry price, leverage, margin, stop-loss, take-profit and estimated loss. The company said this can reduce the research and analysis process to under 10 minutes, while the co-pilot continues monitoring user-defined conditions and only sends notifications when they require attention.
WazirX is also launching a Paper Trading Sandbox with a simulated $100,000 (roughly Rs. 95.7 lakh) balance, allowing users to test strategies before using real funds. WazirX AI supports spot and futures trading, real-time WazirX price updates, market and limit orders, short setups and maximum pair-specific leverage, and has been rolled out to Android, iOS and Web users. The $100,000 (roughly Rs. 95.7 lakh) paper trading sandbox is available to everyone.
