Excellent product. Meets all expectations

1 ton FTKF is best fit for my study room and my needs. My study room is the most occupied and utilised room in my entire house. It is used by me and mostly by kids in the house. So I wanted an AC which can run all day and consumes less electricity. And also since my room is on top floor so I wanted my AC to chill my room fast.And with this purchase I found all my wishes bundled in one box.I am happy with this purchase.

Highly energy efficient product. I replaced old ac with this model in last summers. And, it reduced my electricity bill drastically.

Good AC ,quiet operation except in Turbo Mode

This ac is superb, specially I like is work without noice. When I start this ac but ac does not make any noise working is smooth. The negative point is only 1)You can low your temperature up to 18� (2) Start cooling after 4 to 5 min. In comparing to cooling Hitachi(Non-inverter) is very fast(But Hitachi is very noisy). 3) Very less feature available like 3 to 4. Overall good ac. 🏵

Nice product, good delivery but worst installation experience, the guy who came for installation was very poor in his work, not installed the AC in proper place and installed the outer unit also in wrong place.

I wanted to replace a rather noisy window AC and purchased this 1 ton Daikin Split AC. It is an excellent buy and installation was completed by Daikin Team. Very happy with it as now we can get a good night's sleep!

Installed an outdoor unit that's not working , 18 days passed and no response from Daikin even after notifying them daily

Daikin company Air conditioner is good.

Its daikin so we know its going to be good. But be aware of the free installation thing. You need to pay 1000 includes stand and a small water pipe!!!

I am using this AC from 1 month. The AC is awesome.Pros-1- This is the most power efficient 1 ton AC. I have compared with all brands.2- Super Silent Indoor and Outdoor unit.3- Brand reliability.4- Built in Stabiliser. ( I am not using any external Stabiliser.)5- Runs on low voltage. (In my area at night the voltage is around 180V and the ac runs without any issue.)6- The On/Off button and Powerchill button glow in dark so you can turn off the ac in without turn on the light.Cons- ( Not actually con but may be those thing matters to someone. Its personal preference.)1- Not temperature display on indoor unit.2- No clock on remote. You can only set on and off timer in hours.3- It takes 15-20 sec to start cooling.Suggestions to buyers- Installation arrange by your self. I have read all the reviews then i found most of the negative reviews given buy customers because of bad installation service. Its costs only 500-800 more but you will get peace of mind. More i will update later.

Product is good and it consumes very less power..But Technician was worst,Charged 150 money for 3 pin plug and for ODU wire 300, though while purchase it has mentioned free installation but charged..bad installation experience technician was around 22 years of age..no experience he had in installation...Brand reputation might loose because of these kind of people...

Very good Airs conditioner. Everything is good but hearing from other Diakin users that service is a bit problem. Service seems to be poor.

Noise level are very high

We bought this after lot of research. During summers we Used it every night including daytime on weekends and here?s the surprise, our bill went up by just Rs 500. The price may seem more than what others are charging but this one ends up saving more money in your electricity bill.

This is the best deal I got for AC, Cooling is very fast and good , less electric bill is very less compare to my other AC almost same as fan bill

Good performance

Everything is excellent! But, the installation seems to be incorrect, as water is dripping from the indoor unit. Waiting for the response from the local assigned firm to rectify. Even though it was late in rectifying the fault, post installation service is excellent. However, the installation team should improve it's skills to make the installation look clean and tidy
