Love ...easy to use

Excellent chromebook and the touchscreen is a big plus. This is being used by my 9 year old daughter for homework and other uses.

My daughter has been using the chromebook since we received it - no complaints until now, so here's five stars for delivery and product itself. :)

After only a short time the machine is no longer able to stay powered on unless plugged into the outlet. Even with a new battery it still will not function without access to an electrical outlet. The other problem is being forced to create a password to access the machine and then the machine continuously not holding onto the password in that it is continuously saying the current password is in correct so we then have to create a new password.

Ordered 1 and it was glitchy. Got a second one, it was exactly the same (not able to do anything because of the glitches)

It not what I expected at all, very disappointed. It's constantly messing up, randomly pushes buttons and go into things on its own. I had bought this computer for my online classes and it does nothing but gives me problems. I had actually failed a quiz because it will change my answers.

This is not a review of the actual product because I never opened the box. The product was described as a Dell 3189 and the product that arrived was a Dell 3181. Change the listing or send the correct product these are not the same thing.
