WORST SERVICE, PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD - PLEASE DO NOT BUYHi ,Myself Kumara Guru, unfortunately we bought TWO Godrej GSC 12 MINV WOM Split AC's on 21 April 2015 in Girias Malleshwaram, Bangalore.Right from the day your TECHNICIAN came for the installation, same disappointing and dirty experience with your service person's. They don't even have basic manner, don't know to to communicate with the customers, basic technical skill on the AC installations, no demo on usage and about product. we left that there itself thinking its a mistake from ours side to take a decision to by a Godrej product :(on 12 Feb 2016, we had created service request calling Godrej toll free number and request number are N1202773921 and N120277392, but service person came on 17th feb 2016 after 5 days of request but godrej claims service request would be answer with in 24 hrs if the location in within city.its ok forget delay, your person so called technician came (same old guy who came for installation, who doestn't know any thing about AC operations) and did spook some unwanted talks and finally decided to do wet service, but what he did for WET SERVICE is took a bucket of water and pored back side of the external unit and on the internal ac part removed filter and washed it and fixed it back and said AC WET Service is complete, but when we went and checked in Godrej website WET Service includes below steps, he did nothing, you are cheating your customer by just sending un-skilled, un-trained persons for servicing.Along with the service request we had registered issue with AUTO Timer not working, your service person dont even know how to set the timer after 1 hours of wasting AC usage power he simply went saying nothing its not working. Is this the way you provide service to your customers.will be posting our hopeless experience with Godrej products in all the social media, relatives, friends and other networking.Wet ServiceCheck for working of AC before start- Measure voltage, current & earthing.Update condition of AC to customer.Dismantling of AC.Washing of Cooling coil & condenser after removal of motor housing.Cleaning & washing of Air- filter.Oiling of Fan & Blower Motor.Cleaning of front grill.Checking compressor terminal connections.Check for wiring connections.Check cut-in & cut off cycling of compressor.Measure Grill temp & return air temp after servicing.Check overall working of ACGive usage & economy tips for better & effective performance in the Plan.Very very disappointed and unhappy Customer-Kumar Guru
