Good Experience for Hitachi and Flipkart both are good and power consumption 0.5 unit par hour on 27 set temperature....using 10 hours par day and just burning 4 units awesome power saving thank you HITACHI 👍

Hitachi - a horrible and disgusting brand though I bought one thinking its a best Japanese name, but suffered like anythimg the ac did not work even a single day after installation, struggled to get proper support finally setlled in court for a refund, but the pain is not worth as more money wasted in Indian court and legal expenses and lawyer charges. Better buy any ac that is simple and can be supported easily. I say this because I got hit by Blue star also later! All these companemies are taking customers for a ride.

The product is of very bad quality. It is really a wastage of money. The remote is also pathetic.

The indoor and outdoor units of Hitachi Inverter Air conditioner were damaged during the installation. I made many complaints on the phone and by emails. The company and Crystal Air cool service provider told the product would be replaced on the phone, but the management of the company had no intention to replace the product.

Worst Product I ever get. It doesn't work. Its been 1.5 Month since I purchased this product, I am trying contacting Hitachi no one is listening also. I made complaints 10 times but totally frustrated. If I would have purchased it from some shop that might have listened something.
