The product we received was very old stock. It was from 2015 based on the manufacturer label. The package looked very old/damaged and was dirty. However our return has been initiated now.

2017 version you are trying to clear old and outdated products

I purchased another Honeywell purifier. That works fine. But this one, starts showing blue light right from the moment you start the purifier. I live in a locality which does not have a clean air. I really doubt, how can it be possible that the air purifier immediately shows blue light (meaning good air quality). When in the same room my other honeywell purifier shows yellow and red light (meaning medium and poor air quality). This clearly means that the seller is not sending the correct piece. I hae already exchanged once, and now it seems I will have to exchange again. Also the make is September 2017.
