The laptop looks sleek and is fairly light weight.It is however only useful for basic uses like e.g. web browsing, watching 720p online videos (or videos that were RECORDED in 1080p), and basic offline MS Office use.HOWEVER. Windows itself runs slow even after removing all the bloatware and the even the antivirus that comes free with it! It's barely even usable.Is there a solution? Its not a professional laptop but good for a beginner user.

Bought for my father. Delivery was fine. The'@' key and " key are mixed up. Although it shows the standard keys on the keyboard, had to test randomly to realize that on the back end they were mixed up. considering this is a very basic requirement of a keyboard, not really rating it high.

Defective product delivered. Some keys are not working properly.

NEVER EVER BUY AN HP LAPTOP !!!!I bought a laptop 2 yrs back and encountered numerous problems.Problems with motherboardWifi connectivity issuesOverheatingPower failureDisplay problemsService is worst possible and the laptop is not at all durable.HP INDIA sells sub standard hardware at exorbitant prices and they don't care about customers. The pavilion series that came out in 2013-2014 had innumerable faults with almost all of my friends possessing an HP laptop encountering issues.I REPEATNEVER EVER BUY AN HP LAPTOP !!!!

Got at as part of mega sale. Talked to Customer help assistant whether the offer stays valid for netbanking which was confirmed. Post the machine was delivered, now they're saying its applicable only on debit/credit cards. Looks like amazon being MNC is turning into some sleazy road shop by giving false promises.About the product:Bought the product for my Dad for his daily use. Tracking pad is very bad, right/left keys beside tracking pad are very insensitive & really have to press hard like triggering a gun. Battery charging pre/post doesnt match up. Shows 12 hours of battery life, but it does come around 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Rest of other features including OS needs to be checked
