Hai..Friends, recently i brought this laptop.iam very happy with this product.at this price it too good. 1. Very good Configuration. 2. Screen clarity is good 3. beautiful design. 4. webcam clarity is fine when compare to other laptop at same price.

Awesome Product. It can be used for office purpose. For gamers, i will say one should think before buy.

BUT I GOT DAMAGED PRODUCT..... AFTER TOO MUCH OF STRUGGLE AND FIGHT I GOT IT REPLACED..... SERIOUSLY SPEAKING GOOD PRODUCT.... NO PROBLEM AT ALL NEITHER HEATING NOR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE RELATED PROBLEMS.... working great....after 1 month usage...

Everything is good except the sound quality(speakers are at bottom of the keypad).

I have using this laptop since Apr 2015. No major issues till now. I would recommend higher versions of same model.

According to the price all over performance is very good , under 30,000 laptops this is one of my favorite laptop

I am using this from last 10 days and no issues. I am running Windows 7 as well as Ubuntu in this machine (Dual Boot). Yes even I got the laptop only and no accessories along with this but no regrate. Download the drivers from the HP website. In my case synaptic touch pad driver was not working but every thigh became smooth after updating Windows Drivers. One thing you will miss is VGA output slot, but it is hardly of any use. As alternate you have got HDMI port. Battery took 2:15 hrs to full charge but after that last for around 5 hrs without power :). So all good with this Laptop. Looks + Performance + Scalability you have got everything with it. Go for it.

If you're looking for a laptop for everyday use like for coding or business, this is the perfect one for you! It has pretty much everything you might need and you won't get this configuration for this price in any other brand. The 4th gen i5 processor is decent, Great storage of 1 TB and a decent amount of 4 GB ram.. It does have a Intel HD graphics 4400 which supports like mid level graphics games. This is definitely not for gaming! The screen is pretty decent and Battery life is good, i get around 3-4 hours while coding.. Yes, It doesn't comes with an OS, but you could easily install one. And also the drivers! If you have Internet, you could easily download at the HP site. I strongly recommend you to download and install the drivers, without the drivers your wifi won't work! I would recommend you to buy any electronic device from WS Retail, if you care about the warranty. And the packaging was awesome.. I got it delivered the next day itself! Great job Flipkart! And also the device was in good condition!

Bought it from Flipkart. Got delivered in a day. Laptop is good. After installting OS, some drivers are a problem. Just connect to HP support site. You will get all the drivers. I used it for many hours continuosly, observed no problems, no heating. Good for Middle Level Computing , Running Office Applications, Programming, Surfing and Watching Videos. Gaming might be an issue. Battery Back up deserves more. Speaker volume is less.

Overall Good Product. Only thing is that the Bluetooth has never worked yet, although the driver is installed Or else 5 Star to this product....

Delivery and packing from flipkart was awesome however installing drivers is a bit tricky But the configuration and performance after the installation is fine and great.

I use this product since 2 and half year, it's fantastic. the hardware is little bit week. and performance is good. I play some games like cs 1.6 and NFS which is working properly. good for coading as well. overall it's a budget laptop

Bought this laptop about 2 months back. It has been working wonderfully since.Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is that sometimes it becomes a bit slow (with 15+ chrome tabs+ eclipse+video on). But that might also be because of the windows version I am using ) But overall, I feel its totally worth it.

advantages: i bought at 30000/- according to price a very good deal 1: performance meet up to my expectations. 2: fully compatible with windows 8.1 3: can find drivers easily at hp website by using 15-s106tu name (this the name of same laptop availablw with the windows in market). 4: wifi, bluetooth and lan hardware are made by realtek. 5: bettry will last on watching movies at full brigtness with headfones till three and half hour 6: display is good enough. no compain 7: web cam is acceptable. 8: can play medium level graphics like fifa, nfs hot pursuit (2014) very well low graphics games like gta and most wanted plays without even an glitch disadvantages: hardware is not up to mark. yet ok acc. prices. gamers plz pay attention use external keyboard for gaming the keyboard is not made for gaming. if you can do a little care of lappy thn this product is made for you. this can bear rough use (performance wise) but cant bear bad caring. if you cant take a good care thn definatly dont go for this

A good buy in this price range. But installing drivers is tricky Flipkart packing/delivery was good and fast. However, the model says black, I got a gray colored one

TlDR : Performance is good, build quality is bad. -- In short term usage, my review was: I got this 4 days ago, and its exactly what I wanted in a laptop. Beautiful design, good configuration, and i5 at the price of i3 laptops! I installed Ubuntu 14.04 and its an awesome OS. Flipkart delivery and packaging is good. There are only two small problems: 1) The driver for WiFi module, Realtek's RTL 8723 used in this, has some bugs with ubuntu which cause it to sometimes stop working of WiFi until computer is reboot. This shouldn't be a problem with Windows though. 2) Touchpad clickable keys are not as good as they could have been, and make dragging a little difficult sometimes. Buying a mouse would be a good idea if you're not used to touchpads. -- However, after 1-1.25 years of usage, the hinge got broken and screen bezel started to separate. Since then the issue could never completely get resolved. I have had to repair it thrice and have spent more than Rs. 4000 on repairs so far. Now after about two years of usage, battery has also started having problems and external built is again damaged, forcing me to go for a new laptop. So if you want a powerful i5 processor for really cheap and don't care about long life of external built, go for it.

how is the sound quality of this laptop is this large sound or low sound , sound is clear or not, and wanted to know is laptop is really worth at this price

Can you tell anybody. its good for office purpose..? Somebody told me the Flipkart HP product is different from Original HP Compaq, and also some damage products. I want to know full usage review from users. Please comment.

item received without any driver or without driver cds , it is very difficult to use without driver. it should be necessarily provided.

too much expensive. bed performance I bought this laptop before 1 month. It not good product it west of money, don't buy compaq or hp products. Never buy any hp or compaq products.
