Very good product, really surprised looking this. And also got exchange offer discount 10000 on my old laptop + 1500 case discount + very good quality HP back pack. Thanks to Filpkart and Retailnet seller. Only one thing when i check warranty, only 8 month shown on HP site, I simply call HP CC and they provide me solution for that.

its superb laptop. i am no geek so cant comment much on the specifications and all. but for an average user: surfing, movies, games, look and weight all these parameters are well above the expectations.

Excellent laptop, the screen is beautiful and vibrant. The laptop is quite light in weight and easy to carry. Speaker quality is decent although quality is good usi g headphones. Overall happy with the product. Got a good exchange over our old laptop.

Purchase few days back and the product is running very smoothly,

I got this laptop with exchange offer, though this is yesteryear's product (MFG date was about 1 year old), I checked warranty on HP it showed me proper 1 year. Pros: 1. with exchange price makes sense 2. build quality is good (unless you are one of those who punch keyboard) 3. multi-touch works great, hinges are good (but you will need both hands to open) to turn into tablet mode. 4. Wi-fi is dual band 11ac 5. good laptop bag Cons: 1. Only 4GB RAM (for upgrade you need to contact HP, online video shows DIY is pretty complicated) 2. HDD (no SSD)

This laptop is super,but camera is so so.sound quality is good, battery backup also good.Overall a good laptop. Different specification laptop was delivered but Flipkart has replaced my laptop in 20days.

Got this Laptop in 43K in exchange of my old Laptop. In 43k it's really worth. Good sound, crisp display, excellent battery life. only Drawback is that there is not Microsoft office. One must have to purchase it separately.

This is more of query then a review! This product is being sold by RetailNet and provides 1 year onsite warranty. However this seller "RetailNet" is not listed as an authorized vendor on the HP India website. which basically to me, means that there could be possible problems with servicing under warranty from HP. Can Flipkart please confirm if the warranty from HP will still be valid? I didn't get enough clarity from the Flipkart customer care people.

Touchscreen failed just after Warranty and HP Service Center gave me Verbal Quation for 30K , a freaking 30k just for a Touch display which is half of the laptop price . I Just disabled Touch function and using it.Anothrr second disadvantage is that Ram is soldered and can't be upgraded .

Plz don't exchange they give meaning less cost

I am giving one because I did not get the backpack.which I thought they are not providing.but in some reviews I think they have written that they have got the laptop bag. So I expect Flipkart to take some action for this.

Do Not Buy HP laptop from flipkart,both company pathatic service purchased this laptop and day 1 giving problem,flipkart person never visited for system chk,hp ppl came n damage more,asking Flipkart frm 2 month for replacement no answer frm them,they don't care anymore to their customers,and hp is waste company in laptop service guy is like local garage mechanics dnt know how to open laptop and damage more in that,
