 
                 
            
            The announcement which came via a company blog post stated that users can access the store on popular browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer. E-books bought by users will be available to them on the Reader app or other wireless devices. These e-books also work on other Adobe DRM supported apps and devices non-Sony devices as well.
What's more, Sony has also launched an update for the Android version of the app with a landscape viewing mode, a revamped user interface and improved stability. Users can access a range of bestsellers, bargain priced and free books. The app synchronises your library, reading position, bookmarks, and highlights to your Reader Store account.
Both the web-based and updated Android app are currently available for download.
