Poor build. The wind flaps ilat the front broke in just 2 days. Seems like a very old item that was just kept in some forgotten warehouse. I just happened to be the unlucky one to buy this.

Water pressure is very slow and I'm complaining that in kelvinator company but no response. All are sleeping there in kelvinator company. Very bed customer service by them.

Worst brand kelvinator, brand new air cooler not working,I call around 100 times to service team but no one is responding,They will attend my call but won't speak simply say hello that'll, even 30 minutes also they keep silence.totally wasted my money 8000 Rs.

Absolute rubbish!

Very poor performance... In flipkart given as it is suitable for 150 sq ft room.. but in the manual it is only 90 sq ft.. and there is no wheels on the cooler... It's too difficult to move the cooler.. if we move without wheel the water spills out.. poor material quality.. cooling also too less than ordinary fan.

Please do not buy it. Few broken pieces were noticed. The back panel is wobbly cause of te broken pieces. It does not do what it should do, which is cooling.
