Expanding its Chromebook range, Samsung has now announced the Chromebook 2 series. The South Korean giant has revealed that the new Chromebook series, which includes two models in 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch configurations, will be available starting April (no exact release date).

The 11.6-inch Samsung Chromebook 2 will be available at an MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) of $319.99 (Rs. 19,900 approximately), while the 13.3-inch model will come at $399.99 (Rs. 24,900 approximately).

The Samsung Chromebook 2 series runs Google's Chrome OS, rather than Windows or Linux; much like other Chromebook siblings.
