If you need a compact powerful laptop this one for you with a very good build quality.And the only cons i have found that is lack of memory slot.If you need more ram you have to replace the existing one.good battery life average with moderate to heavy usage 4 hours.no heating issue.the more you use it you will feel the charm. Display is fabulous just best in this class.Its not recommended for heavy gaming due to lack of graphics card. casual gaming runs fine on it like Counter strike.Lenovo Idepapad 520S also comes with 8GB ram with a similar configuration if you have a higher budget go for that otherwise it will serve your purpose.

I bought this laptop during the Prime day sale after a lot of research and I feel it is the best value for money laptop out there currently in the mid-segment. It performs flawlessly and is lightweight as well.

Slim and light weight, battery backup is very good.

Value for money, best buy. It has an IPS LED matte display, best for reading books. Has a dedicated GPU can run blender 3d animation app smoothly, didn't try photoshop or maya. The keyboard is good for touch typing. Touchpad works accurately. Being 14inch it is lighter in weight and easy to carry. I swapped out HDD with samsung ssd 512gb and it works pretty fast now. It is a shame that latest ideapad models are not coming with dedicated GPU around this price. Most of them only have Intel graphics.

An absolute value for money, very modern and stylish. I am pleasently surprised after unboxing the machine. Its very thin and lightweight! One of the best thing i liked about it is the keyboard. Nicely spread keys big enough for big-fat fingers. Another good thing is the sound quality, I think its dollby + herman effect!! The battery last for 8.5 hours, which is good enough in its class of laptops. Although they say it will last for 12 hours. The only downside is the matt LED display I personally prefer glossy screens. The real laptop is little different than the picture in the description. It is nicely different actually, it is dual tone in color. The flap is little darker than the rest of the body. Looks more classy that way. The keys are slightly darker in color than it is shown in the picture.
