Cool one is what I would say !!. It does it's job pretty well. Cools my room which is 18x20 ft in just 10-15 minutes. Being a inverter technology , my feeling is that it consumes less energy. I operate it for 2 to 3 hours in the night and then switch on the fan for rest od the night. This couple of hours is good enough for you to feel that winter season has arrived. If you are planning to buy one during this summer, opt this model. You will surely feel proud about your choice!!.

Its amazingly silent, both indoor and outdoor units. Cooling is impressive in my hall of 12x15. So far used for a week only and quite satisfied, yet to monitor electricity charges.

Very good product from LG. Delivered within 24 hrs from flipkart. Installation was done in 2 days. Total cost of installation was 1200. Himalaya cooling mode cools room of 150 sq feet within 10 mins. Sound of both indoor and outdoor unit is quit silent. Yet to receive electricity bill so energy efficiency will be measured once I will get electricity bill. Overall value for money product. I recommend this product for everyone.

Nice product in gud price, worth the money... Installation and delivery is on time... with stand and standard installation cost 1600 from LG... could have given the installation fee free.. though I'm satisfied this summer.. Thank you.

In 3 days I received lg ac but 2days have passed no engineer from lg has called nor visited for installation,

Excellent product. Delivery was done on time and the AC was installed on the same day by the LG technicians.AC is really good ,makes the room cool very quickly and noise is very less.It's been 3 weeks and the experience is awesome so far.
