HiI love this product. It is installed by LG at free of cost on the part of standard installation only. Extra charges was taken ie for water pipe and tape to cover up the foam of wires. That is acceptable. The doesn't cool my room within 5 mins to chill possibly because it faces to the sun, it took longer than expected . It has mosquito repellent feature in built. I like the product .To summarize pros and cons.Pros : it is value for money.10 years compressor warranty sounds cool to me.Just zero noise that is great for me.Pretty much comfortable.Cons : I stay in kolkata during day time it can't bring down the temperature to 16 or 18 degree within 15 mins.but it is far better comfortable than on/off ac.in off ac it brings down the temperature so quickly but it despise the comfort. In this case I am happy. It gives the temperature as per body metabolism,that is cool to me.Cons are acceptable.overall I am satisfied.those guys who installed they are descent and helpful. Very Silent and powerful AC. Cools a mid size room(160 sq.ft) within a couple of minutes. Amazon delivered the product well before the promised time. The installation was done @Rs.499 as mentioned in the deal. Accessories like stand, extra length of tubing etc are charged extra at actuals. Looking forward to a cooler summer with lower electricity bills!

I like the functioning and appearance of AC. It cools a midsize room very well and calmly too.Though I can say that it is not a deal breaker - LG's installation problems persist.Also the remote has horizontal swing button but this model doesn't have horizontal swing.Installation costs Rs. 750/-Stand - Rs. 700/-Overall: Its a good buy (@38,190/-).PS: Short term review.

I own ogeneral,Mitsubishi and with a confusion purchased LG and I'm surprised it's the only brand to offer 10 years warranty for compressor and customer service is good installation is a breeze like to deal again

Great product in a less price LG provided local service man for its installation

The indoor unit looks nice and cools the room very quickly. Both indoor & outdoor units operates quietly. Through flipkart says installation cost is just 499/- (offer), I end-up paying a total of 1650/- for installation. This includes AC installation change, outdoor unit wall mount, power plug, wall putty. The service person changed 1000/- alone for wall-mount stand (for outdoor unit) including labor. That was little disappointing.

finally I am sharing my review. I have got this on 14 th Oct 18 as have ordered this on big billion days on 10 Oct. flipkart delivery is ausom but the technician from LG was very bad.They have no efficiency with installation process. LG provide good Ac with dual inverter . energy efficiency, mosquito away goldfin technology. very good . I have got this in my budget.

Recently I have buyed this product freedom flipkart sell. Got it at 33000 buck after availing HDFC Credit card discount. Excellent delivery in time. Installation perfectly done as peomised. Indoor unit is slightly bigger. Installation done at Rs.499/-. Product seems to be nice , efficiency will be known in future. Still npw every thing is excellent. Thanks Flipkart.

Finally i got the right ac for my house.Sometimes i see the temp crossing 40 Degree at my house, so i was trying to research for the best performance AC. my budget was 30k.But when i have seen the features of this recent model of LG, which. was released in march, 2018 then i decided to go with this.Even its. price is bit more than my budget, i got compromised the features provided by this model of LG AC. like Dual Inverter,Dust filter,Himalaya cool for instant cooling,Gold fin technology.condensor which improves the life span of condensor etc I got this for Rs39500 +750Rs(ODU stand,orderred in flipkart)+1600(stabilizer)+(3500=installation-1000+2500 for extra copper pipe) *****Its performance is simply super as far now but dont know how the current bill would be.I have to wait for electric bill for this month. Thanks to Flipkart, in providing the good. product and delivering it in as per the scheduled date. Thanks to the LG technicians, for their skillfull installation. and they are really. so polite. Iam giving this review,with my personal experience. I suggest u can try this,if ur budget range is 40k~45k

Nice product meets the expectations only con is, it doesnt have 4 way swing as many other brand provide 4 way swing feature at very less price as compared to this... overall product is good
