I will not refer to buy ac from flipcart. In my case product was delivered on time,however for installation it took 12 days. Flipcart was unable to process installation. For installation I have to call multiple time to customer care. They were unprofessional they were giving only false hope. I talked with more than 10 executives. All t time they were saying our backend team is working on it and they were not able to resolve my issue in 10 days. At last I called to LG customer care directly. Thank God LG has resolved my issue in 2 days. I recomend buy these product directly from LG.
