Good value for money but don't have sufficient features.Jitinder Singh (Aug 16, 2017) on AmazonBought it from LG retail and happy with the buy.Will suggest to go for it if you ae looking for good cooling in small room but not for over 12' * 14' room as I had to buy split for the room as this one wasn't good enough as per needs.It only lack in features as Lloyd, Samsung and others providing good options in same budget.Is this review helpful?

Stopped Working Four Days After Warranty Expired!Amit Dayal (Apr 16, 2018) on AmazonMy parents bought this AC last year, and exactly 4 days after the warranty expired the AC stopped working!. The gas leaked and apparently, the cooling pipes have corroded. So my 80+-year-old parents are not only dealing with the hassles of getting this fixed but have been quoted a repair cost of 8000 rupees by LG. For an AC that has been used for just one season. Terrible quality, and terrible customer service on Lg's part to not take any responsibility for the bad quality of their products.Is this review helpful?
