  Overall I am happy with this product. Pros:- Delivery: On-time and hassle free delivery (5/5) Installation: (3/5) Installation guys (from LG) are so co-operative, polite and helpful The installation is a bit on the pricier side . All the money that i saved buying from flipkart gets used in installation. They charged me somewhere around 4000/- which included a 5mts extra copper wire. Rest installation part is fine but I feel this needs to be taken care of by LG or Flip-kart. Product: (5/5) 1) This AC come up with R-32 gas that has less harmful affects on environment. Also, you might need to change your AC if you are using AC with older gas like R-22 because they may stop this one in future. 2) Noiseless feature is excellent where you can feel your breath sound in the night. 3) Stylish and minimalist design which I like them this way. 4) Quick chill with Himalayan cool option which cools your room within few minutes. Keep it at 24 degrees and you are good enough to feel the efficiency. If you are using COOLING mode with 16, then your room will chill in 15-20 mins time and post 20 mins also it works very well. Cons:- 1) Remote does not have glow in dark buttons or back lit screen 2) Remote sensor. Exactly you have to place your remote towards AC display to change the temperature settings which is bit laggy. 3) They mentioned it is a 4 way swing AC but it is a 2 way swing (Only up-down). But anyway I am happy with the product. 4) Wi-fi option is missing. If you've any thought to buy a inverter ac then just go for it blindly. Best Regards, Arun Deva

  Product is amazing..Fast cooling and energy efficient. 1 star is for installation person whom the company sent. Seems the person really dosnt care about handling things. He may have installed hundreds of products but that doesnt mean he can just mishandle things. He pulled the straps so careless that we had to warn him to be careful. Charged extra for A.C stand too. Seriously LG!!? Having good product is 50% success, you cannot sustain the other 50% if you dont have professionals who handle things well. Hope LG hires good people instead local mechanics. Very disappointed with service.
