I was a bit sceptical about ordering a refrigerator online, that it might get damaged during shipping and some reviews from "certified buyers" was not so encouraging citing certain parts were missing. But to my relief everything was perfect. Packaging was by LG only, meant for long distance hauls. No damaged or missing part. Bought it during sale with exchange offer. Overall a hassle free experience. Delivery people were good too. Purchase price - 11,799 including 1300 minus 100 (handling charges).
