Good condition, double packing. free demo on my time aur market rate se bhut saata hai.

Fridge was delivered very quickly. 1 day delivery and installation experience was brilliant. The fridge overall looks good. Has sufficient trays. Well thought off design. Comes with a 5amps plug so that was really good! Only feature I feel which could have been added was to convert the freezer into a fridge which is standard in some other brands.

I have placed the order for the fridge on one Saturday evening during Diwali time and Flipkart delivered with in 24 hrs time. Good packing so no marks on fridge. Also with next 24 hours LG person came for demo & installation. So i am happy with Flipkart service. Fridge is really good.

No light in deep freezer compartment, manufacturer should have been a bit sensible.

I had purchased the said item on 02.10.2016 & it was scheduled to deliver on 08.10.2016 between 11 am to 2 pm, but it was delivered after 5 pm which cost me to alter my schedule also courier/delivery boys didn't delivered at my house at 3rd floor & left the product on the main entrance at ground floor.

satisfied with flipkart delivery, but it sounds like an old generation refrigerator, and even ice is formed in the veg box when the temp in the lower compartment is set in the mid range. ice berg might form if the same is to be shifted to coolest in the same compartment. many lg fridge's remain silent but how come does this model sound ???better to buy from a retail outlet after paying a visit in person to check the noise levels of it.

LG refrigerator's have a serious drawback, their plastic body inside develops cracks. These cracks are easily visible when you open your refrigerator. These cracks developed within six months of purchase, though these never impacted cooling inside. I suggest LG to use better inside plastic material.

After 1 year & 1 month of purchase, the refrigerator stopped cooling and the LG service guys said the sensor has failed & now it is out of warranty.I had to pay ₹1500/- to get it repaired. this shows the poor quality of LG refrigerator being manufactured nowadays by LG.

The person did not installed at proper place as he was in hurry.He did not have requisite knowledge to demo. Within one day I got it reinstalled next day through LG and paid to them

I had purchased a LG refrigerator, model No. LG REF GL-U402JPZL, from M/s R.K. Vision, 89 Khanna Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi on 11.05.2016 vide invoice No. RKV/16-17/1481 for Rs.41,000/-. This refrigerator stop cooling after 20 days and got repaired twice within one month from the date of purchase. I have also requested for replacement of this defected item, but LG is not doing the same. I am very much disappointed with the performance of this item and decided not purchase any LG item in future. I sincerely advised you not purchase this item and also think at least twice to purchase any LG item.

Delivery was free of cost while delivery man charged me 100 rs. Give it back to me. Product is not good. Lower door is slightly tight to open and ice is not making. Demo and installation man continuously refused to give a demo and told that it was a simple refrigerator and we already know about it. After so much request he came only for few minutes and gave a unsatisfactory demo. Disappointed!!

I purchase lg 360 refrigerator but there is a gas problem in product so I replace please order only big appliencies when it's police is return & replace at the time of diwali I did not get refund up to complete five days

Damage piece supplied so return and purchase same model from VIJAY SALES by paying 2000rs more

My rating is 1 because I got a faulty product from flippant. It takes 15 days to deliver the product installation 3 days we identified the faulty one within 1 day. I called to flipkart for replacement they said within 3 days technical team will visit. After visiting they will decide to replace it or not. And after deciding how much time it takes for them approve and when I will the new refrigerator. Total it takes nearly 40 to 50 days of time. Very frustrated

Product not cool

Very bad product. Feeling cheated. Only within 25 days refrigerator stopped working. Shame on you seller. Chor company Flipkart who doesn't​ verify sellers and do not take responsibility for customers.
