LG Top load is best among all. I have my parents using LG washing machine for the past 17years no problem at all. This washing machine does it job well, the only thing LG need to work on Top load washing machine is to provide in built heater. General comments from my family and friends is LG Top load washing machines are maintenance free and value for money.

The washing machine was delivered on time but a faulty one. It had a faulty circuit. LG service team, replaced the part with a new one and the machine is running. But I would like them to have QC done before dispatching a product so that an avid online buyer like me would not be dis-satisfied with such products.

product was good but for installation they kept on postponing it and finally installation was cancelled automatically. Can't be sure on installation part

I regret to buy this product. It doesn't wash the clothes. It feels like pouring water and trying clothes.

the machine is working well, but it's jet spray is not working. even after making complaint to LG customer care, the problem is not resolved yet.
