It's a nice product and consumes less electricity as compared to other reputed brands. The overall washing experience is also very good. I got this 9kg machine in a steal deal of twenty nine thousand rupees after exchange of my old washing machine . I would recommend this machine to anyone seeking a good quality front load machine.

Very good washing machine,Better than any other brand. silent working,cleans cloth very well. Received only @ 27990. 7kg with wifi and turbo wash. thanks to flipkart and lg both. Lg Service also very good , installed same day.

LG service man not explain about washing machine features and how to use.I think he don't know about washing machine. why I bought lg 1.LG less weight( 63kg)compared to ifb samsung and bosch, 2.direct drive. 3.smooth Disadvantage, 1.LED touch panel not smooth, need to touch 4 to 5times. 3. drum size 9kg small equal to ifb 6.5kg

LG is best product. In BBD sale this product gonna a crazy price deal got. Initially impression is very good. Delivery and installation within 1 day . When it delivered i used 2 times wash clothes but i didn't get any vibrations and other issues. Direct drive motor used for less vibration. Looking design is very premium and pretty. I havd got a deal crack when lg 8 kg fully automatic front load washing machine price comes up. I think in this price segment in best quality and performance washing machine. And economically front load machine is used less detergent and less power consumption benefits for future 5-10 years. I think if your family is bigger like above 5 members then you should go for it.

ITS A VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT & GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. BUT THE INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS WERE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. I THINK THE COMPANY SHOULD FOCUS IN THIS MATTER.

LG name says it all.. Was able to get at a wonderful deal during Big billiion $ sale 2020.. Product was delivered just in couple of days of ordering, and installation happened much earlier than scheduled date.. Installation person was knowledgeable and gave us a quick demo recommended us not to buy a stand as it will increase the vibration and is not recommended by LG. Brought machine cover Bosch make from amazon. Underestimated the size.. shld be idiol for a family of 7- 8 people for daily usage.. and the price difference between 8, 9kg is not much. Works smoothly and is silent apart from some sounds now on then which is part of the other sounds Works well , sounds low and is good.. Wifi access was a big challenge did not went on easily finally with a different router it's fine.. nothing much in the app, looks way old and outdated. u can monitor the real time status of the machine and does give a notification once finished. To remote switch on u need to enable it on the machine each time the machine is started. Hoping LG upgrades the app in par with other apps. Just 02 year warranty, as IFB gives 04 years.. Extended warranty costed 7k for 03 additional years. What I saved in sale had to spend here.

Good product, been 2 weeks since purchase & no vibrations observed so far! Machine is steady & performance is adequate , Haven?t tried the WiFi option though as the router is placed far but I?m sure it will work wonders.
