It's hard not to feel just a little bad for the LG G6, going up against the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ (Review). There was a brief window of time following the G6's launch announcement at MWC 2017 when it did get a bit of attention, but even then, everyone was more focused on Galaxy S8 leaks and Samsung's decision to launch later with a more powerful processor. LG was able to pull off an early launch because it decided to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 from last year instead of waiting for the delayed Snapdragon 835 - a very interesting move.

LG G6 Summary

LG timed the launch of its G6 flagship to take advantage of a gap in the market. It doesn't have any cutting-edge hardware, but offers style and refined features. Its signature is its 2:1 "FullVision" screen which takes up most of the front face. This phone is built to last, and feels solid. It looks chunky but it's easy to hold and use. The twin rear cameras give you a choice between standard and wide-angle lenses, and both take very good photos. Battery life is also solid.

You stuff 100s of big features but keep battery as less than 3000 mah and it becomes a deal breaker for you.

What a phone man. 5/5 for sure. I think it's better than s8 sweet and simple. Cant complain about anything. Battery life is awesome. Not comparing but better than s8 and the wide angle is awesome and fun. Great job LG was waiting eagerly fot this. Thanku

For all those people complaining about the price 1) you have to remember the is a flagship phone. It has top of the line flagship features and build quality!2) stop comparing it to cheaper phones like oneplus 3t. As good as one plus is with price to performance ratio . The LG G6 is at the cutting edge of smartphone design with its almost bezelless design and Quad HD HDR enabled screen. And it's amazing 2.1 ratio3) Also if u say us rather buy an iPhone .. Go ahead. But this is a more advanced phone with bleeding edge innovations that even apple had to cut down prices in order to compete since phones such as the g6 makes the iPhone look 2 generations old.4) if u think the price is too high, its probably not meant for you so stop leaving 1 star reviews just because you couldn't afford one. This is targeting towards high end buyers. One plus is for people willing to spend less therefore in the affordable budget phone category.
