Ever since Motorola launched the ultra-budget Moto E (Review | Pictures) last year and enticed first-time smartphone buyers, other big brands such as Asus, Lenovo, and Xiaomi have followed suit. While Micromax has had options in that price range for years now, the price-to-performance ratio of those smartphones was skewed. The only exception was the Micromax Canvas A1 - one of the three Android One smartphones made to Google's own standards.

Close on the heels of other manufacturers providing great Android smartphones at budget prices, Micromax also launched the Canvas Spark. The Canvas Spark actually undercuts its rivals by a good margin and is designed well too. But, that is where all the good things end. The performance of the phone is not too great and the camera is okay at best. You'd be better off spending a thousand or two more and picking up its closest competitors instead.

Not bad not goodGoutham Gouthe (Jun 3, 2015) on Gadgets 360The phone is very good few things is not proper when i use flip cover the call sensor will not work properly if i close the flip cover and keep on ears the speaker will turn on and mute will also turn on and one more thing is the battery will not charge 100 % full it will stop in 98% / 99%. other than these there is no any other issues.Is this review helpful?
