OnePlus 15 will be launched in India by the smartphone maker on November 13, weeks after its unveiling in China on October 27. While its pricing details and list of key features are still under wraps, the tech firm has confirmed various specifications of the phone, which suggest that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with a G2 Wi-Fi chip and a Touch Response chip. In India, it is confirmed to sport a 165Hz refresh rate display with 1.15mm thick bezels and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. It will also carry a 7,300mAh battery, the same as its Chinese counterpart.

OnePlus 15 is scheduled to launch in India on November 13 at 7pm IST, and will go on sale in the country on the same day at 8pm IST via Amazon and the company's online store. While the Chinese smartphone maker has yet to reveal pricing details of its upcoming smartphone in India, its starting price in the country has surfaced online.
The OnePlus 15 price in India is reportedly set to start at Rs. 72,999 for the base variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. This is in line with an earlier report, which suggested it cost between Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 75,000.
In China, the handset was launched at a starting price of CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 50,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the higher-end options with 16GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage were priced at CNY 4,299 (roughly Rs. 53,000), CNY 4,599 (roughly Rs. 57,000), and CNY 4,899 (roughly Rs. 61,000), respectively.
Lastly, the top-of-the-line OnePlus 15 model, offering 16GB RAM + 1TB storage, was priced at CNY 5,399 (roughly Rs. 67,000). The phone is available in the country in Absolute Black, Misty Purple, and Sand Dune (translated from Chinese) colourways.

We already know several details about the OnePlus 15, thanks to the brand confirming many of its specifications and features via a dedicated microsite, which appear to be the same as its Chinese counterpart.
The OnePlus 15 is confirmed to boast 1.15 mm-thick bezels, the same as the Chinese variant. The Chinese smartphone maker recently revealed via a dedicated microsite on the OnePlus India website that the phone will be IP66+IP68+IP69+IP69K rated for dust and water resistance. It will also carry a redesigned square rear camera unit.

The OnePlus 15, in China, features a 6.78-inch third-generation BOE Flexible AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 165Hz and a 1.5K (1,272x2,772 pixels) resolution, 1,800 nits of peak brightness, a touch sampling rate of up to 330Hz, and a pixel density of 450 ppi. The screen also supports 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut and 1.07 billion colours. It is confirmed to get a similar 1.5K resolution display, delivering up to 165Hz refresh rate.
As mentioned above, the OnePlus 15 will launch as India's first smartphone to be powered by Qualcomm's octa-core 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The SoC of its Chinese counterpart has been paired with an Adreno 840 GPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage. It features two performance cores and six efficiency cores, delivering a peak clock speed of 4.608GHz.
In India, the OnePlus 15 will also be equipped with a G2 Wi-Fi chip and a Touch Response chip, too. The phone will ship with Android 16-based OxygenOS 16.

The OnePlus 15 is confirmed to pack a 7,300mAh battery. The handset will support 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
According to the OnePlus India website, the OnePlus 15 will carry a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, which will be powered by the new in-house DetailMax Image Engine. To recap, its Chinese model features a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary rear camera with a 24mm focal length, a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) ultrawide camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) telephoto camera, allowing users to shoot up to 8K resolution videos at 30 fps. On the front, the OnePlus 15 is equipped with a 32-megapixel (f/2.4) selfie camera.
