The French smartphone maker, Archos, has displayed four new budget smartphones at the ongoing MWC 2015 trade show. The smartphones launched are the Archos 50 Oxygen+, 52 Platinum, 59 Xenon, and 62 Xenon. The firm also launched three new tablets in the market named Archos 101 Magnus, 101 Magnus +, and 94 Magnus.

The dual-SIM supporting Archos 50 Oxygen+ is a slightly toned-down variant of the firm's previously launched 50c Oxygen. The smartphone features the same 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) resolution IPS display but is powered by a different processor, 1.4GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6592, coupled with 1GB RAM and Mali 450MP4 GPU.

The Android 4.4 KitKat-based Archos 50 Oxygen+ also houses the same 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor as seen with the 50c Oxygen, but includes a 5-megapixel front-facing camera instead of a 2-megapixel pme. The inbuilt storage has also been bumped-up from 8GB to 16GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card (up to 64GB).
