Micromax launches A25 Smarty Android phone for Rs. 3,999

Featuring a 1GHz processor, the smartphone comes with 2.8-inch display, 256MB RAM, Android 2.3.6 and 1.3MP fixed focus camera. There is no 3G connectivity on the smartphone and both the SIM cards on the phone will only support EDGE.

A25 also comes with 1250 mAh battery, 120MB user memory, and support for microSD cards.

Micromax has also pre-loaded several social-networking applications on the device along with its Hookup Instant messaging app.

This is the third smartphone launch from the company in the last seven days; other two are A57 Ninja 3 and A87 Ninja 4.
