Following the introduction of the Blue Topaz and Green Emerald colours globally last month for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge respectively, Samsung India has announced the availability of the latter in the country.
Specifically, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Green Emerald is available in its 32GB variant. At launch, Samsung had made the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge available only in their White Pearl, Black Sapphire, and Gold Platinum colour variants.
The new Green Emerald colour variant of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is available through Samsung retail outlets across the country. Notably, the company has yet to list the new colour variant on its official India site. The company has also yet to announce availability of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Blue Topaz colour variant in India.
"Galaxy S6 Edge Emerald Green provides a simply stunning colour choice that meets the needs of those who want a sophisticated, yet brilliantly designed mobile device," said Asim Warsi, Vice President, Marketing, Mobile & IT, Samsung India Electronics.
The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge were launched at MWC 2015, and made available in India on April 10.
