Works as expected. Cleans well and not harsh with the fabric. It has got a inbuilt heater and helps to remove tough stains. Silent too except when it is in the Spin cycle. But that is just for 5 mins and the noise is absolutely acceptable. I run it even on midnight and does not disturb at all. Loving it.

Delivery as expected 5 star in good condition. Machine working good . Satisfied in that price. I also got demo . To machine I give 4.5 . Star and I let,s see how is costumer service .

Nice product, worth of money

It's been a month now after buying this product. I never thought a washing machine will clean this good. Makes no sound during wash but one bad side is it does not make any sound once the wash is done.

I am writing the review just based on few day of running. So this review may not be accurate on the long term running. The Demo guy promptly responded after 5 days and Demo was done to my satisfaction. Now Facts about the machine. Price : 18K Its an awesome deal for a front load washing machine. The build is very good. Strong. Simple functionalities, which i wanted. Minimum the controls and no display. its more easy to maintain. PCB and display are the once which goes for a toss in every machine and very expensive to replace. I have used it for 3 -4 washes in different mode. The wash quality is pretty good. The hot water wash is working as expected. What could be better : 1. Foam control is not there, so the Detergent level has to be accurate for the no of cloths used. other wise you will have to add more rinse cycles. 2. No separate Drain mode. in case if you wanted to drain during the middle of cycle for quick release. 3. The drum has little more shakes for a new machine. If you will not remove 4 transportaion screws. 4. Its definitively noisier. But not very bad either. But you cannot run in the nights when folks are sleeping around 5. Most important. Service is a big Question? Over all its a great value for money. My expectation is a trouble free operation for 3 years. Then it is perfect value for money.

awsome experience of onida washing machine.

Really liked the washing machine.. got it under 15k during freedom sale. It has multiple option for washing, and I use 60 mode for regular cloth washing... It does has heater, which heats water for washing clothes.... I completely liked the product after using for 3 weeks time..... I completely recommend this product to my friends and relatives.........

I ordered this washing machine on 25/10/16 and got it delivered to my house on 27/10/16, got a call from Onida the very next day and they installed the machine on the same day, so the shipping, installation and demo was carried out very smoothly. I've used the machine for only two days so maybe its a bit early to talk about the performance, but so far it has been pretty good.
