  I have bought a window 1.5 ton 5 star AC and a 2 ton Split AC both AC after 1 year has had gas leakage and I had to do the repair work, which has costed me 5k, The worst quality AC i have seen, before that i had LG AC and for past 10 years, i have never faced any issues, very sad as customer's we can only see whats on the outside of an air conditioner, we cant open and check the inside of the AC, if the company has used sub standard machinery and low quality copper then obviously, it will be facing such kind of issues and later on they answer its the pollution in the air, then why LG and Diakin products work without facing such issues, think about that, I will never buy Panasonic products in the future,
