Bought this amazing television after my uncle?s suggestion. He had been using it for a long time now. It has really great picture quality, great sound. Be it HD quality movie watching or listening to rocking music, its just the best. Works with all formats. Buy it guyz, you won?t regret your decision.

Everybody has said a lot about the picture quality of this TV and I agree with them. But i'm writing this review to clear a big misconception.... THIS TV DOES PLAY AVI, FLV AND OTHER FORMATS!!!! Its just that the file quality should be good and try moving one AVI file on the pen drive at a time. It will work just fine. Unlike LEDs which brighten/over colorize the images, this TV gives you a more real life picture quality and i'm loving it!!! One last tip is to buy the Panasonic home theatre along with it. I did the same and trust me they both complement each other like anything. Once you have both u can enjoy the multiplex quality cinema sitting in your home. Go for it GUYZ... You won't regret it... Finally, as usual It was an amazing service from FlipKart as far as the shipping is concerned.

I have not purchased this TV through flipkart, I bought it from an local electronics retailer. Connectivity options is awesome, 2 in built speakers which makes sound great and picture quality is also fantastic. Over all a 5 star product and I love to recommend this TV.

The best HDTV in the market taking account of it's awesome price. The only con is that the product has only 1 HDMI port. Hence if someone is planning to use it for single purpose (HD set top box) then it works fantastic. But if someone wants it for both the PS3 as well the HD box then its a major problem. My only usage was for the PS3 so it works brilliant. Well another downside I noticed is decent engineering by Panasonic on it, considering the price it is definitely not an issue for me still I would love to share it. I have used it for around 2 months now on gaming as I mentioned earlier PS3 is my soul use, well it has some ghosty nature while playing the fast paced FIFA 11. In simple words, slow to respond. this I guess is an problem with every other LCD so if you're a videophile its advisable to invest in an LED TV. Lastly, it has been a pleasure to shop from Flipkart, keep up the great work.

This full HD TV shows high picture quality and gives amazing sound. I listen to amazing bollywood music and I watch high definition movies on it. It?s great fun. Above all, it had never troubled me.

I have brought this TV to our home recently, it?s a fantastic television to have at such a price compare to other brand in this segment because it?s have every feature almost everything in it of a smart TV has. Only dra back is its not having built in wifi that lacks only if u considers rest is the best package u get in this Panasonic. and also the response of the Panasonic customer care is also good factor, the response to the call is good, for wall mounting the television. This is the best product. U will not think for other product if u wants a smart TV for your home.

This product has some really nice features. HD quality is awesome. 1 HDMI ports and 1 USB port. Plug and play internet with simple settings. Can connect ur laptop easily with cable. Sound quality is good. Videos can be played using USB pen drives.

I bought this TV in Oct-12 and am very much satisfied with it.I have taken videocon d2h HD connection and the picture quality that i get is really great.I have also used Samsung 40 inch D5000 LED Tv and i must say that the picture quality of TH-L42U5D is far better than that of samsung.The only problem i have seen is that when i connect USB hard drive, it does not play AVI format files even though the specification on the website says that it supports AVI format.Has anyone of you also faced this problem?

Initially, i was not able to place the order for this TV. thou the product page confirmed it can be delivered to my zipcode but order page said otherwise and flipkart cust care resolved it in 24 hrs. Believe it r not, i got the TV the next day of my order. I jus cudnt believe it... Wowww Flipkart. I dont know wat this filter they say but when i use Analog cable, i cud see the grains. Thou its a weak signal from Cable i tot the TV can filter it. This cud be the best TV @ this range but the On screen display Menu cud have been better! The price is increased since i ordered the TV last week(20-Mar) for 35K..

I bought this TV after reading positive reviews on flipkart. As always Flipkart was very quick in delivering. I placed the order on 20th March 2013 and the TV reached my home on the 22nd. Panasonic guys were also very prompt They sent the service guy on 23rd for the installation. He even installed one of my home theater speakers for free. I also bought a Component Video cable from him for Rs.275. Please note that Flipkart gives you a wall mount bracket free with this TV. As for the make of TV goes, the looks are quite basic yet beautiful. Material used also looks basic. I have the USB function and it smoothly plays 1080p videos. I am yet to test the PC input (long VGA cable required) function. I suggest this TV for buyers who are looking for budget Home theater experience.

I bought this TV recently in Pune, I was very satisfied with the picture and sound quality of this TV, the 1 HDMI shortcoming as many have reported didn't bother me either as i intended to use it solely for TV viewing pupose, however 1 major drawback that i have come across is my TV is not able to play AVI files on USB. In the manual it shows that it plays, however even after repeated efforts I couldn't. I have reported the same to Panasonic, Waiting for this to get resolved. otherwise its a good TV, considering the price.

LG 42CS470 LCD, which i bought yesterday has the Advance IPS panel which gives me 178 degree viewing angle.It has got the best panel out there in market. You have to knock its panel to believe my words.can play any media through usb and can resume the previous playback. It has got usb 2.0 that plays almost any format from my buffalo 1 tb 3.5 mm external hard disk or my 16 gb pendrive. Looking for entertainment,movies,fun this is the big beauty u should buy LG 42CS470 LCD instead of Panasonic TH-L42U5D .

I bought this TV online looking at "Full hd". However, mind you the VGA input *does not* support full HD. I was only about to get 1360 x 768. I tried every possible thing, including 3 different laptops. The TV does not support full hd (1920 x 1080) via VGA. I bought a very cheap TV from VU brand and even that too supported full HD on VGA. Panasonic are cheating you. Do not buy from them. They are liars. The TV does not support full HD. Even using HDMI connection with all 3 laptops, I was not able to get the same clarity in 1920 x 1080 that I got with my old 22 inch LED TV. Furthermore it only has one HDMI, so we are very limited. This TV is not meant to be used as a monitor. You can only use it as a TV but sadly that too it only has one HDMI port. If I had known this earlier I would not have bought this TV. Now I am stuck with this junk.
