I ordered 4 star but delivered 3 star ,then returned the product

Look-wise good. But delivered a 3 star refrigerator instead of 4-star. I wanted to know whether the problem was with the seller or with the flipkart description of the product before taking an appropriate action. Made at least 4-5 calls on this. Flipkart assured that they will check and inform, but didn't. Instead, they simply raised a 'Return' request without even consulting me. Later I decided to keep the product because other things are fine.
