A solid value for money and good quality product from Samsung as always. Flipkart delivered it in less that 24 hours.

It has been more than three months and I am very satisfied with this refrigerator. Apt for a family of 4. You get only one ice tray with this model that could only be drawback that Samsung should look into. Go for it if you are OK with a fridge with manual defrosting feature

I just bought this product and i am happy with it as it comes with some very handy and practical features as compared to other refrigrators at the same price tag range. Pros: 1. Very Spacious shelves and good markings to adjust according to your needs. 2. Side door pockets are very wide , so that you can fit in two rows of your bottles, which is a great plus point. 3. Under the chiller there is a CoolPack which remains cool for almost 10 hours even if the power is cut off. 4. The material used for glasses is pretty decent . 5. Outdoor finish is great . 6. Back side is very well covered with Aluminium like body , so convenient to transport. 7. The vegetable basket is also very spacious , thanks to its optimum design , you can fit in more than expected. Cons. 1. As of now , its been a month using it , and i am not able to thingk of any cons.

Very nice refrigerator by samsung cheaper rate on flipkart.very nicely packed by flipkart.good performace of samsung refrigerator.side walls will bexome heated as it is technology used by samsung to reduce moisture.need not to bother that it heated from sides also it is mention on ref.no coil on backside.fully covered.good looking.this type of ref means fully covered is higher range in lg and whirlpool.overall very nice

Product was delivered in nice packaging in 4-5 days. Refrigerator is good in performance but I had some issues recently. Some vegetables kept inside started rotting. I am still figuring out why it happened but overall performance is good.

Color is different from Picture shown above.. Here color is Light grey but actual color is dark grey....but everything else is Gud... Excellent space and features .. Gud for small family...

I like the silver graphite color of the refrigerator. The size suits my requirement as I live alone but it will suffice a need for 2-3 person family size. The racks are glass and easy to clean. The vegetable basket is spacious. I also like the fact that the bottle racks are spacious. The bottom one can accommodate long bottles and the upper racks and fit in all my sauce and mayo bottles. The egg rack also has space for 12 and if needed can be removed and used alternatively. There is a separate ice pack to be kept in the freezer at the top rack incase there is a power cut will help maintain the ice-creams not melt but the instruction sheet showed a rack to insert this ice-tray which i did not find in my model. Overall it is a good refrigerator for a small family except the noise.

Pros: Stylish, Good Colour, Fast cooling, cool pack, suitable for small kitchens( 2-4 people), Toughened Glass shelves, No need of stabilizer. Cons: Colour is different from Picture shown but it's not dull at all. Overall a good product in this price range. worth buying.

The product is working fine. It does not have a stand as mentioned in the description. Cooling is excellent. It does have a single ice tray but ice cube size is very small. Vegetable box at the bottom is also lilltle less spacious but gud enough for small family.

The product had a dull color, and the material is not that satisfying. Heating is a concern, as well. Delivery was more than just late. The next few days will decide if I should buy from Flipkart ever again.

Decent but noisy product. Emits an on and off buzzing sound. Apparently many refrigerators do this and its considered normal. Have other refrigerators which are silent, will have to find something else instead now.

Product delivered is having issues. When reported Flipkart could not arrange for a service person to fix the issue. Customer care support too has not been spot on. Tip for other buyers - do check for the levelling of this product. Also it doesn't come with a cool pack for freezer section.

recived damagaed product....... dent on gate.... no replacement by flipkart...... they have mention 30 days replacement but no solution has been resolve now.

I hav bought a Samsung RR19J2414SA/TL 192 L Single Door Refrigerator..in specification clearly mention that they will provide big basement vegetable basket..but they deliver without basket and when i called to flipcart executive, then they said we will exchange your refrigerator within 30-70 hours..and they ignore all time..but they didn't exchange my fridge..they deliver cheap quality fridge and now they said we can't exchange..i think i have to go in consumer complaint site..and complaint against flipcart service..and also government complaint site..because i wanna refund my money or exchange this cheap quality fridge they all are cheaters.
