its been 2months i have been using this the performance is awesome apart from the fact that the built in stabilizer makes a bit of noise very feeble sometimes only rest if u r on a budget go for it

Got it delivered today, looks pretty much as shown in pictures, still have to wait to SWITCH ON for 2days as advised by the Jeeves engineer who luckily came along with delivery persons... Adding pictures for the people who are interested in buying this product, for their better understanding of this product..

Superb fridge it is working very nicely from 1 month

Great Fridge....perfect delivery.....got it delivered without a scratch.....experienced for a month before writing this review.....working fine till date.....good covertible with ample of space both in both the compartments......removable ice tray makes it more spacious during convertible mode......just lacks a freezer light which would have made it a 10/10. Will give a 9/10 for not provisioning freezer light. Otherwise its a great buy...

Excellent product, very nice & fast cooling & super silent working, you will not know whether it's On or Off... Whenever delivered just switch On after atleast 24 hrs& if your home/flat is at 2nd or more floor & have no lift, just has to be taken through stairs then it is advisable after unboxing keep it straight at wherever you want to keep Switch On after atleast 48hrs then u'll see the best results... It's same as shown in pictures but pretty glossy...

Really very good product

I have been using this refrigerator for more than 1.5 years and it works perfectly fine. In fact it works better than what we require. It has adequate storage capacity and option to convert freezer to fridge is a handy feature when we have visitors at home. Cooling is extra ordinary. In its default settings, it takes almost an hour or more for the ice to melt. I am at Bangalore, so atmospheric temperature does matters in melting of ice, but I think it is quite strong in the cooling department. Powercool feature is also extra ordinary when you need ice immediately. 10 minutes and you will get enough cooling for a ice purpose. Sometimes it makes some strange noise, but it seems to be normal and I have seen that Samsung refrigerator does makes such noise when compressor starts working. Vegetables and fruits easily remains fresh more than a week. Altogether very much satisfied. Price is bit high when compared with LG and other brands, but I will recommend this.

On time delivery and prompt installation from Samsung. Installation engineer missed leveling the fridge for automatic door closing, but otherwise no complaints 2 weeks after purchase.

Great product. But not so great Samsung service. Irrespective of service, fridge by itself provides brillent service and cooling.

Delivery was prompt and on time. Fridge is excellent. All features are as mentioned except for door alarm. IT DOESN'T WORK.

Have been using from last 6 months great product

There is no complaint so far in the product and i'm totally satisfied with it however there is 2 things i'm annoyed with flipkart. 1. There was delay in delivery which is understandable during offer period however when i called customer service to check on the status, they were rude unprofessional, sounded like they want to get rid of the call quickly by saying wait wait and wait. i had to force the agents to listen to what i'm saying. 2. No proper tracking for installation and demo. there was a huge delay to fix appointment and when confirmed the rep doesn't want to visit as per our convenience. i had to install and understand the features and functionalities all by myself.

We got a defective product. Was not cooling at all. Just consumed electricity for 4 days. Response was not quick. Over that we had to pack such a heavy product by ourselves while returning.waste of time n energy.

Please do not buy this. Worst product. Defective item was shipped. It does not work at all. Only the light is glowing. Very disappointed with the item. Please remove this seller. Even the box was damaged. There was no warranty car also. I just wasted my time on this purchase.

Wish I could give a zero star.. worst customer service and faulty products. We have a fridge and in a short span they said you have to change the circuit board as we have water dripping out. Then they changed many sensors. It's been 4 long years we have suffered and paid repair bills but samsund refuses to acknowledge a faulty product and replacement. The engineers are all 3rd party and they lie and lie about things. Zero ethics and poor product . Please don't buy samdung productx
