I purchased one Samsung automatic washing machine through Flipkart. Right choice to buy through Flipkart for Prompt services, timely & safe delivery. Their customer care centre very co operative

I am using this product from last 3 weeks and it is working awesome. run sony's colour test on this TV and it is matching the quality of very high end sony TV colours. It is not that cheaper though, however, cost of this product is kept very reasonable considering size of TV & LG brand. What is to be mentioned here the Flipkart service & installation help. It is top of the class. 8 hour delivery & within 2 hour installation, i was mesmerized. IMPORTANT POINT: If you are planning to buy tv from snapdeal or amazon, PLEASE DON'T DO THAT. You might find TVs bit (1% at most) cheaper there, however, Both of these e-commerce players don't have inhouse installation team like flipkart (jeeves). They will call LG people for installation & it will cost you atleast INR 4000, which is completely free in case of flipkart. Thanks flipkart! Happy shopping to all

Very happy with the product and its performance. Been using for a month in an attempt to test all features before the 30-days refund expires. Of course, there's always warranty period to cover and samsung provides good service. Pro's: * No of wash programs is good compared to competitors (you know whom:) ). * Exclusive features for delicates * Good performance Con's: * Active wash tray isn't of much use (at least for me) * Little chatty (makes more sound than expected)

It was another good product of samsung. And be fair that I'm loving this. If you want to purchase a washing machine don't go for else but of samsung.

FlipKart has delivered the Product in record time within 36hrs (less than 02days) in very good packed condition. Also Samsung Engineer visited for free installation & demo in next day after the delivery of the Washing machine. Having very nice options. Very quiet & smooth in operation. Good machine

It is good but there is also enough gap on the top to give entry to the cockroaches when not in use! There is also no rat protector under it.Samsung must be more careful about its product.The service of flipkart and installation done by samsung are very good.

I have been using this machine for the past 3 months. Good experience so far. Would have loved it, if it had a separate compartment for adding fabric conditioners automatically instead of pausing during rinse and adding it manually which I do now. And the alert sounds are too feeble to hear. Overall a satisfied buy in this price range. 10 year warranty on the motor (motors don't really fail that easily though!)

I'm using this product for more than year. Washing quality is good. Slightly noisy. Takes a little longer than usual to clean. Samsung installation and demo services are prompt enough.

We are using it about for 3-4 months and still no issues, Samsung is a trusted brand for electrics & electronics.

I Am Getting 3Years Warranty On Complete Machine & 10 Years Warranty On Motor, Then Why Flipkart Is Mentioning Only 2Years Warranty.

I purchased 2yrs ago, there was no pblm but now, the side water jet is not stopping... water is continously coming. Also water is continously getting drained.

We are using this machine for quite a good time now. It is hard on clothes especially undergarments and get torn in a short time. We approached the service department of the company but they could not help us. All other aspects are fine with this machine

I had ordered a washing machine from FK, but when we opened it, we found that it had couple of dents. After lot of follow up, when surveyor did not visit our place, we had to keep the damaged piece.

Bought this product 6 months back. Worst product. Disappointed and Irritated with the performance and quality.

NEARLY TOOK 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE! I got this Samsung 6.2 kg and I think the water flow in the washing machine is slow compared to other WM brands... does this means my WM is defected? well the tap is at its full flow... I'm confused now.... i washed some 8-10 clothes today in a fuzzy mode and it took nearly 4 hrs (no kidding). when the led showed 60 mins.

Order has not delivered even today, while it is showing delivered on 4th that is two days back. E mailed Flipkart more then 24 hours back but no resolution, called flipkart again, but resolution I paid Full money but item not delivered and showing as delivered, its a FRAUD if no resolution soon then will lodge FIR against flipkart for taking money without delivery

This washing machine is not efficient. Its totally useless.

The product has been returned. The machine has been manufactured on 2015 and the technician of Samsung denied to install
