This is a fabulous washing machine and its wash quality is wonderful. the best part is that I got it delivered in one day without any additional charge and it was also installed the very same day which was absolutely wonderful. very good service by Amazon and excellent service by Samsung too. The washing machine works just as expected... The wobble Technology actually works although i initially thought it was a gimmic. I didn't expect it to work but it does water consumption is a little high but other than that the machine looks good consume less electricity and works very well it's quite a compact machine and fits in very small spaces it turned out to be a fantastic replacement for my front load machine it also has 3 years warranty and not to mention on Amazon which was a pleasent surprise. Thanks amazon and Samsung.

This washing machine is much better then semi automatic one...washing capacity is amazing..... I purchased it on 26th October 2015.. And till now I have used it soo roughly that hardly anyone would have done that....and it cleared the exam...well done samsung... And also there are stickers on body of 3years warranty on full machine and 10 year warranty on motor.....

I was little skeptical to purchase large appliance online. I have carefully reviewed different options. I have visited a few stores and found out the product has been good. The pricing is the best. I tried to take a chance as flipkart has a return policy which is not available with any local store purchase. Their process of exchange of old washing machine was also extremely easy and hassle free. The unit was delivered as per committed date. Though the commitment time was not met i think this is more to do with the delivery person. 5 star rating to flipkart.

Please note that the warranty listed with 2 years is for body and parts where as the motor has 10 year warranty. I did not get this information on flipkart but checked this out in a different retail outlet. Its a good buy. Hassle free and compact.

I have been using it for the past 2 weeks. I was using a frontload for almost 7 years now, and wanted to switch to Top load, and after a short hunt, decided to buy this one. Flipkart, as usual, have been amazing in delivering and installing the same on the day. I am quite satisfied with the washing, and its good for a family of 4. The operation is also quite easy and anyone can quickly learn to use it themselves. It's absolutely noiseless even while spinning and the clothes doesn't get tangled.

I ordered this online and there was no installation and demo provided. Still i received a message that the installation is complete when notified got a message that it would take 8 days for them to look into the issue. Worst experience.
