Good product from Samsung.i got it for 16499 r.s in Big billion day.But delivery taken too much long time.

A really good top load washing machine,easy to operate,very efficient,using from a few months.It takes less time, saves water, drying capacity is also good.i use a liquid detergent for an even better quality wash. very less operating noise, like a quiet hum. makes a pleasant musical sound to indicate completion. just too helpful for busy people. looks good too. very worthy.

Wonderful Service from Flipkart. Nicely packed & smooth delivery. No issues till now. Only issue with ERR message. Other functions are working fine.

It has been a week since i purchased the Washing Machine from Flipkart, delivery was on time and as always very good, thank you Flipkart. Samsung needs to improve on the after sales part, the technician just unpacked the product and left in 5 minutes stating that needed additional plumbing work, all that was supposed to be done was to fix the machine to the existing washing machine water outlet, which i did it myself grumbling. Over all a good product, wonderful service from Flipkart but Samsung service was disappointing.

Happy with product n Flipkart services, not happy with Samsung service.. no service call from them n when I called them, there is no proper response..

washing machine is gud at the price range..wobble technology is fine, clothes dont get wrangled much. overall functioning above expectations minus: rat mesh is too low quality. no wheels. water inlet pipe doesn't fit any pipe i my home.

Product is good,Delivered safely on time.But the person who comes for demo has told us more about external settings instead of its core functionality.He doesn't know about wobble tech. and so many other things.Now still i am exploring..................

I bought this product and it has been delivered on 21st of May 2015. Its been almost 3 and installation is yet to be done. Im complaining and asking for installation on daily basis but its of no use. Very much disappointed with it.

Bought it on Flipkart on Diwali. The item was shipped and delivered ahead of schedule. The installation engineer came today and that's when we noticed a wrong model (6.2kg instead of 6.5kg) has been delivered. Called up customer service immediately and asked for the options - replace or refund the difference of price (Rs 1500). I was kept on hold for a while and was then told that difference could not be given and they will cancel the order and refund the entire money and I need to make a new booking !! I was again put on hold and then told that to ignore the earlier advise and instead a new resolution will be provided by customer service by Sep 19th ! Not sure if I should just cancel the order and go and buy it from a showroom directly and not bother about online purchase.
